The Optase Heat Mask is designed to give effective relief from dry eye, Blepharitis and Meibomian Gland Dysfunction (MGD), chalazion and styes.

How to use
Simply heat the mask in your microwave (read the instructions on the packet for the timings). Take out the mask, make sure it’s not too hot, place it on and relax for 5 minutes.
During this time the heat will help make the oils in your meibomian glands less viscous, and help encourage them to be expressed.
We recommend doing some strong blinks after removing the mask, or applying light pressure to the upper and lower lids to help express the glands more than heat alone.
